On August 18th, 2018, The Boulder Field hosted Global Climbing Day. The event, promoted by The North Face, is a global initiative to introduce people to climbing with free climbing at gyms across the World. The Boulder Field also held a dyno competition during the event with prizes given out to winners in both the men’s and women’s categories.
